Our process begins with a transparent inspection performed by certified technicians. They will explain the cleaning process recommended for your home and provide you with an estimate.
When approved they will proceed by spraying our eco-friendly cleaning solution is applied and agitated with our counter-rotating equipment. Other companies offer this service at an extra fee but we offer it off charge because we believe its key to give you the best cleaning results.
Our technicians will then use the powerful RX-20. A heavy rotatory machine that cleans and extract 10x better than any regular wand. This machine is not very common amongst carpet cleaners because its heavy but we only use the best equipment available in the market.
To finish, our technician will offer to reapply protector layering and will comb with a carpet rake for grooming. To guarantee your full satisfaction, our technicians will do a post inspection and show you before and after pictures.
Your carpets will feel as a piece of heaven on earth.
Upholstery Cleaning
Our technicians are highly trained on how to care for all types of furniture. They determine the solution and process that should be used for best results.
We apply a cleaning solution that fights grease and heavy stains, then gently brush areas to break down heavy soiling and rinse with high pressure hot-water and extract with powerful suction.
As an additional service, we recommend applying our fabric protector spray to provide lasting cleaning results as you use your furniture and return to clean for you again.
Tile Cleaning
At CloudWalk our technicians are experienced with floor care and will do their best to leave flooring clean again.
We apply a cleaning solution and clean with our rotatory equipment. The spindles spray high pressure hot-water and break down soil off tile and between them. After the cleaning we suction all remaining water.
The most important step is providing you a post inspection to ensure you are completely satisfied with the results.
Pet Urine
At CloudWalk we treat urine and odor so you can enjoy your living space with your pets.
We provide a thorough inspection to locate pet urine with a UV light, spray our topical treatment and allow it to sit.
Lastly, we clean that area through our carpet cleaning process and extract all urine patiently.
The results are clean carpet, odors removed and happy pet owners.
